im 14, and im lookin for a really good chest workout that will leave my chest sore in the morning. I think i have a condition called gynecomastia (manboobs), but i think that it might be mostly because i am overweight. I think that if i try to really build muscle no my chest it might stretch out the skin and less the effect of the condition. so does anyone have a suggestion for a tough chest workout that will really work my chest?
