Hello, I am new to these forums, so bare with me if I have posted this in the wrong section or something.
Well, I will get straight to the point, I am just coming up 17 and I'm male, I'm around 6'2 and about 95-96 kilos, people tell me I am quite a muscular build, but I just feel that I need to lose weight and gain more muscle, if anyone can give advice or something on how to lose 6-10 kilos whilst building up, more muscle mass, it would be most appreciated... Thanks
