Gonna do it this time!

Hey all!
Ok so I'm a 21 year old guy, I'm about 5"11 and i weigh in at 223pounds which I know is veeery high for my heigth and age!:O
Iv tried dieting before but this time I'm determined to make it happen! Came across a website last night EDIT: LINK REMOVED and i'm gonnna give it a go!
anyone know anything bout this, or kno of anyone whos had success with it!? everythings free and it seems like the guy tht runs it just wants to help ppl out...
so anyway, got up late today, had 2 apples then waited an hour untill lunch for which I had a tuna, cheese and onion sandwich with wholewheat bread
I then had another apple and sum noodles and a tin of tuna for dinner...
How we sounding? gonna go for a leisurely cycle 2m to see how i fair as im relatively unfit....

Well, first insight is I had to remove the link (see the Newcomers thread for the link rules)

Now for what you are doing, Have you taken the time to read various sticky threads in the forum? It has a great deal of information such as how to find your BRM, some basic weight loss rules, and the like.

Weight loss is calories in vs calories out. If you are eating less calories than your BRM, you will lose weight. One of the keys is not to cut too hard too fast.
