Going to lose some more weight question

okay so i lost 50 pounds when i was 14 from basically starving myself(300-500 calories a day) and i like lost all my muscle in the process. I was oging to lose a bit more weight over the summer but i've been working out alot and gained alot of muscle. And i don't wanna lose to much of it, anyone got any advice on losing weight without wiping out my muscle mass to? How many calories should i take in to not starve my body but lose fat? (i'm a guy, height 5,11 weight 160ish)
