Ultimate goal 12/31/08 150-160 (150 is still preferable, but as I gave up nearly a quarter, I don't want to expect too much of myself.)

I'm still not able to exercise as regularly as I could before the surgery

04/08/08: ---> 207.4 (1.8lb down)
04/15/08: ---> 206.2 (1.2lb down) plus I did an 1.5hr walk last night
04/22/08: ---> 203.6 (2.6lb down) walked 4x this week
04/29/08: ---> 201.0 (2.6lb down) walked 5x this week (incl. an 8mile walk)
05/06/08: ---> 202.2 (1.2lb up) YIKES! But I walked! Must have the water right before!
05/13/08: ---> 199.0 (3.2lb down) Makes up for last week, and I'm in the 100's for the first time in ... 10 years!
