Going out and taking the next day 'off'

I follow my diet program every day, except in the weekend... the reason for this is because I always go out friday & saturday nights like most of us, but when I get home at like 4 AM or later, I'm bound to stay in bed the next day till 12, and then I never feel feel like eating a decent meal (and sunday there never really is any food left in the house so mostly I have to get some fries or doner kebab); just lots of water & fruit mostly.

So the question is, just how bad is it exactly to skip one or two days of good nutrition ? Say I only eat like 60-80 g protein instead of the usual 110-130.
And the beer drinking itself, how bad is that ? Is there a way to consume some alcohol without the bad effects for your body ? And what's better - drinking beer all the time, or switching beer with coke ?

Oh, and an additional question off topic: how important is nutrition during the strategic deconditioning phase of a HST routine ? Should I continue to eat as much protein as always, or isn't it as necessary anymore during those 10 days?
