going away

I just posted this in the weight training forum, but on second thought, I figure this one might be better, given that I am not asking for advice with weights.

Here's the deal:

I am eighteen years old and have been training / eating very clean since early February. On the 15th, however, I will be going to be a counselor at a camp for kids with down syndrome for a little bit over a week. The campers all love junk food and hate anything healthy (it's their only time away from their parents all year)- the camp tries to facilitate this in the "healthiest" way possible, but all meals are eaten at the cafeteria of the college where the camp is. I plan on bringing some of my own food to stock the dorm refrigerator, but I am wondering how I could go about working out while there. Keep in mind, I don't have much time as the kids are very high maintenance and I am a head counselor (in charge of other of counselors and their campers, too).

I think I plan on doing push ups (few sets of 50), some simple ab exercises, pull ups (few sets of 10 or 15), and running (a little bit over a mile). Are there any bodyweight exercises that I should add? Keep in mind that I only have a little bit more than an hour to myself everyday. Also, will it totally screw up my progress if I have some deserts with the kids? I don't want to be a dud. Thanks a lot.
