I fell off track over the holidays but I am back on track and fully committed.
The reason I have to give up iced tea is that the iced tea I like is high in calories, just as much as pop or any other sugary drink.
I am very sick right now. I woke up Sunday morning and started puking and have diarrhea. I unfortunately had to fly back home from visiting family out of province which was awful to travel when I was that sick. I puked 4 times and had a bit more bathroom breaks I had a high fever all day and half way through the night, thankfully that broke in the middle of the night but I still have a really bad chest cold and feel really gross if I move too much. I only ate a very small bit yesterday and only a very small bit today.
As much as I hate feeling this gross and not being able to eat it's at least counter acting my bad eating I did last week. haha
I weighed myself this morning and didn't really gain anything while I was away. I really have to get my act together though. I am a bridesmaid at my brothers wedding in July and I really want to be down to my goal weight by then.
My Goals:
Starting weight is: 168 (Original Starting Weight)
Current Weight is: 162
Mini Goal is: 158 by January 28
Final Goal is: 128 (40 pounds down from my original weight) by July 30
