Hi everyone I need some help with ideas of ways to get my strength training in while im on vacation. Im goin to nicaragua as a health volunteer for 3 weeks, Ive been on a cut for quite a while but havent lost much lean mass bcuz i lift 4 days a week, but im afraid that 3 weeks could set me back. I wont have access to a gym or probably anything. the only thing I can think of is pushups and tricep dips but I dont know what else to do. How can i target biceps?? among other muscle groups. Or is it just inevitable that im going to b set back?
