goin on vacation need some tips

Hi everyone I need some help with ideas of ways to get my strength training in while im on vacation. Im goin to nicaragua as a health volunteer for 3 weeks, Ive been on a cut for quite a while but havent lost much lean mass bcuz i lift 4 days a week, but im afraid that 3 weeks could set me back. I wont have access to a gym or probably anything. the only thing I can think of is pushups and tricep dips but I dont know what else to do. How can i target biceps?? among other muscle groups. Or is it just inevitable that im going to b set back?
 
i would say just eat at maintenance and do body weight exercises squats, dips etc....3 weeks is not too long and just jump right back in it when you get back. Maybe buy a few bands or something

Trust me. You might think now that when you get there your going to try and exercise, but believe me...once your on vacation you'll be having too fun to even bother

So just enjoy your 3 week vacation, and have fun. You certainly wont lose anything you can't regain in the first week your back.
