Hello all,
I have been to a weightloss clinic where i lost alot of weight around 50 pounds (25 kilo's) they taught me how to handle myself mentally and physically i am back home now the clinic where i was in was for 6 months i am back for 6-8 months now and haven't gained any weight which i am so happy about but i was 96-97 but now i am 98,5 i am getting abit scared that i will fall back but it isn't that bad but i dont want to get it worse and i also want to lose more weight for a operation for my manboobs which has been bothering me so much in my life but for this operation i have to be under the 90 kilo's i am trying my best but i think i need some extra advice to lose more at home i know how to stay put on my current weight but i want to go over it a notch for this operation so these are my idea's and questions
So what i am going to do is
excercise 3-4 times a week i play soccer/football on wednesday practice for around an hour a match for 90 minutes on sunday and on tuesday i have gym for an hour and i might/will jog on a thursday with a bud of mine
now about nutrition i havent been really focusing on a diet cus im not to convinced about them that i will stick to it but i know the consequences of what i eat but my mother is making me sandwiches with something healthy in it it's called phillidelphia it contains low calories and is healthy according to the health centre here ( i live in Holland) i have around 3-4 sandiwches in the morning and 3 in the afternoon i go to the shop sometimes during recess at school and buy water bottle or a yoghurt drink sometimes i go off and buy something unhealthy but rarely and i dont want to do it and with dinner my mother cooks quite healthy sometimes abit off but as i said im not going for a super healthy diet.
Questions: should i dismiss all soda drinks and just stick to water or what else should i drink vitamin water?
excercise : should i also do muscle excercises to stimulate them and how many times?
how many calories should i save a day? so for instance ( i am a man so i can have 2500 right should i spare 300,200, maybe 500?
any tips or hints please give them to me
Thanks again Tom
