Go away Baby weight! Diary

I had my little girl in Feb. I havent really been motivated to lose weight since then. I was super paranoid about over gaining though while I was pregnant. I walked at least 1 mile just about every day. I weighed 195 in the begining and tipped the scale at 245 when I went into labor. I have since lost water weight and such and Today I weighed in at 215 on the scale at home which is a 10 lb difference from the doctors scale on Aug 2nd. I supose I could have truely lost that 10 lbs because I have been walking.

I started the couch to 5 k today. I have tried this app before and I struggled to get past the first week. I have a feeling, after struggling today, I will be on the first week again for some time. I am not so upset by this seeing as I dont want to overwhelm myself. I guess my body will let me know when I can continue pushing myself. I truly felt like I was going to run out of breath during the first day run. I did feel very accomplished though!!

I would be lying if I said I look forward to workouts.. But I never regret them!

I have been trying to make healthier eatting choices but I am not on a diet. Low Fat/Fat Free/Sugar Free/Organic/Wheat/Fresh Foods etc...

Tonight I made spinach and cheese manicotti. I used Fat Free Moz. chz but that was just about all the healthy I could incooperate. I did try to fill the cheese mixture with mainly spinach and only use the cheese to hold it together. Very filling. I need to keep reminding myself that I have to get the energy I can out of my meals. I tend to try and eat signifigantly less when I work out in hopes that I will see faster results. I dont want to do that this time around.

I will weigh myself once a week. Sundays will be the day since I started out today. Wish me luck! and Motivation!!
 
Hello! I wish you lots of luck! Check out Nostalgic's diary, she just had a baby too :) Have a look at purelivingpresents aerobics on youtube. I use them as a warm up or lazy day exercise and it works up a little sweat and very easy to do :) Again good luck with your weight loss. You can do it!! x
