I have a problem with "giving in" so to speak
if there are cookies or chocolate i have some
(not alot) but i do eat it! When im at the store
for my sister or parents and i see chocolate
or chips, sometimes i give in and buy! My way
around it is "well i did just lose 2ibs so i can have
some" and i dont want to think like this!!
How do you stop the temptations and cravings??
iim stuck and i think ive hit a plateau
