Sure, I was going to start one of these privately but why not put it out there where the whole world can see. What's to lose?
It's the day before Christmas and I'm visiting my parents. I tend to eat like crap when I travel. This is the third time I've traveled in six weeks so I haven't gotten anywhere. But when I'm back Thursday I'll be able to get on something more regular.
My plan is to make week-by-week goals. I don't want to make any long-term goals for now. Also to write down everything I eat, and eat out less.
When I get home I'm going to pick up where I left off. Three times a week, get to the gym. Do 20 mins on the elliptical and a full circuit of weights, 2 reps each, and try and increase the weight on 3 machines. Also walk the dog every day.
I just so happen to be doing this around the new year but this is not a new years resolution, I don't believe in those. It's just coincidental timing!
