Getting this train rolling

Alright well I find the only way I'm going to prolly get myself fully motivated enough to do this again is if I share it with people. So here's a quick intro to what my goals and where I'm at now. Then I'll give out some recipes later this week.
I'm 22, my goal is to drop 65lbs in about 6 months.

02 I graduated was at around 220lbs mix of working out a lot and being kinda over weight. I dropped 20lbs in a 2 weeks just by not eating school food.
03 I was at 135lbs working in the mornings stocking shoes drinking tons of water. Trust me early morning workouts work if you can do them.
04 I was sitting at 160lbs which was fine I guess. I went through a bad breakup with someone I saw for 3 years then got really sick weight kept going up after that. Stayed in same unhappy path for awhile, stress and I don't get along so now I'm at around 205lbs. I have done a lot of nutritional research but me implementing it is the hard part.

As of Wednesday going to get this ball rolling again. My goal is to reach 160 by June. I've lost this kinda weight before this time I don't want to hit 135 so if everything goes right this shouldn't be too bad.

p.s. whats a good replacement for spinnich? Kale would be but I haven't seen kale in stores around me. I'm looking for something without the calcium oxalate in it.

kale can usually be found in the frozen food section - near the spinach...

if you're after dark leafy greens - escarole collard greens or dandelion greens are also good - dandy's are a little bitter but some lemon juice garlic and olive oil makes them very tasty.
