Hey guys, first started a few posts on here about 4 months back, didn't know that much about bodybuilding to start out with but through time I've heeded the advise given here and done my homework. Yup I must admit that doing a bit of research was actually fun and quite shocking at times! Been concentrating on my training mostly through various sites and following Men's Health quite closely. Started putting on the muscle like advised, now i've picked up the cardio to lose that access fat around the beer belly. The last three weeks I've been concentrating on nutrition which I didn't really do from the start. I've invested in the Ab's Diet, which I must say is a very enjoyable read and actually makes a lot of sense. would advise it to anyone looking to improve their eating habbits. Now I've dropped in about a stone weight and I can see a small outline of a 4 pack on my stamach, still finding the belly a slight problem. My shoulders and arms have got bigger with a decent line of definition, but overall the definition is proving a slow process. My question is am I on the right track and should I continue the way i'm going or should I change to a specific routine? How long does it normally take to see that clear definition? I know everyones different but roughly how long is the process? After a hard workout I seem quite ripped, but this changes the day after. Is this normal? Should be putting up some more posts as I have a better idea of whats what now.
