I am an 18 year old male who wants to build and tone muscle. i am 5'10 135lbs. I am thinking about lifting on M, W, and F with the main cardio and running on T and Th. So any help would be great. I dont really know what I am doing.
a nice 3 times per week fullbody program. beginners can use some easier variations in place of squats (lunges) and deadlifts (stiff leg deadlifts, or romanian deadlifts) but eventually you wanna learn to do those kinds of lifts, because they are hard to beat for strength training,a nd bulking up.
