Oh, where to begin? I've been a champion yo-yo dieter for the majority of my life. Pretty much if there's a diet, I've tried it, probably had success, then got bored and quit it. When I married the love of my life 2 years ago, I had just hit a 'comfy' weight of 160lbs and felt awesome about myself. Since then, life took over, combined with laziness and having a baby 5 weeks ago, and I'm now 70lbs heavier. To be honest, I'm miserable with myself. My hunny is a gym rat and takes wonderful care of himself when it comes to exercise. The only issue I think we'll have is he has no problems with his diet of doritos and fast food and I'll definitely have to stop that. I just really want to maintain focus and not give up. I know it's not easy. I've done this over and over again throughout the years, but I'm hoping for all I'm worth that this will finally be the time I keep it off. I want my babies to have a healthy lifestyle from the beginning so maybe they won't have to go through weight problems later. Glad to be here. Looking forward to sharing results with you all
My plan for the time being is calorie counting and exercising through walking and using my wiifit
With a newborn, I have to find things I can do even if I may be interupted. I'll work up some bravery for weighing myself and taking pics tomorrow morning.
