Getting Started

I don't know what I'm doing. I've done high school sports (Wrestling, gymnastics) and I've always had a coach that would tell me what to do. Do 10 of these, or 5 of those. Now I just got a membership to a gym and I don't know what to do.

All I want is like a piece of paper that says 'Moday - Do this....Exercise #1 8 reps 3 sets'.

I go online and I find all these 'Top 10 Chest exercises' and '5 ways to lose fat' - which are all cool and interesting - but really, I just want somethign that tells me exactly what to do.

I've heard to do 3 sets of 8 or that the pyramid method is scientifically proven to build muscle faster than anything else.

So anyway, can someone help me out? I'm pretty poor and a personal trainier would be pretty expensive.

(and if it makes any difference I'm moderatly inshape like 160ish 5'8" but I'd like to bulk up a lot).

Man, that link is *perfect* - it's exactly what I wanted. And the site even tells me how to do each excersise (there were a few that I hadn't heard of).
