Getting rid of lose skin?

Hey, I'm currently fifteen (almost sixteen) years old and have been dieting for almost exactly a year now.

STARTING OUT
Age: 14
Height: 5'8
Weight: Somewhere between 260 - 280, highest record weight was 262, but I'm guessing at my diet star was around 270ish.

CURRENTLY
Age: 15
Height 5'10 or 11 (I think 11)
Weight: 167

I bet you're wondering how exactly I did it -- and I'll be honest, a good portion was not eating much (like bowl a cereal per day much) along with sit-ups and (on and off) weight lifting.

My current diet is a lot healthier, where I eat a good sized (but healthy) breakfast, a fruit for lunch and a decent dinner.

I'm guessing since I lost it so fast my skin didn't really have the chance to tighten up at all. It's mostly my inner-legs, hips and stomach. I'd say I appear to be a medium frame thinness, but would look quite a lot skinnier (plus lose at least two inches of my stomach AND hips) if I lost all the extra skin.

My current exercise is around 200-300 sit-ups daily and light (don't want to gain too much muscle weight YET) lifting (but a lot of it).

Anyone have any input as for toning exercises or personal experiences? Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Its a wonder you alive really, you need to eat, you are beyond unhealthy.

I mean there is just so much wrong with your lifestyle i really don't know where to begin, more than anything i am mortified that your parents allow this. The reason your skin is so loose is because you have probably eaten into every bit of muscle you have by starving yourself.

You don't need advice on working out right now i am afraid, you need help on getting your diet right (and just so you know you can't tone, tighten or anything without the right diet). Being you are of the age you are your growing body needs food, so start eating right and talk to your parents.

They didn't until recently find out -- and at that point, I had already came into a normal and healthy diet which I did happen to mention in my first post.
 
the diet you mentioned in your first post isn't healty is what he was trying to say. Just cause it is more then the bowel of cereal you used to have doesn't make it healty. You still are not eating enough. You should be having 4-5 medium meals a day. not just a decent breakfast and dinner. Generally i don't count a piece of fruit as a meal. So you are still satarving yourself for most of the day. Also what is your diet. what do you have for breakfast and dinner.
 
its so sad to see people starve themselves these days, spechally since they dont know the consequences it can have. I know alot of people who starve themselves and it might seem like it works for some time.. but eventually that big fist you have been building up will come smashing into your face.

People go around telling kids about condoms and how importaint they are.. well, they should also be telling them about this imo, since theres probobly more people starving themselves than having unprotected sex:p
