i need help..i've been on my journey to a healthy lifestyle since march 08 and i've lost 42lbs,but now i'm stuck..i can't seem to get the lbs off..i write down everything i eat and i'm in the gym 4x's a week plus doing exercising at home and nothing seems to be working..if anyone can give me some advice on what i can do i'd appreciate it..also if someone can please tell me how to get a ruler thingy
i'm not swift with a computer yet cause i just got it,so please help me out..thanks all
