Getting married in 3 weeks!!

Hi all! I'm getting married in three weeks and unfortunately have procrastinated up until this point in starting a workout routine!! My weight is fine (115 lbs), but my main concern is toning up for the honeymoon. Anyone know a good 3 week plan to help me tone up?

sorry, i'm not much for short term goals because in 3 weeks, you won't really be able to 'transform' like you want. you might lose a 1/2" off your measurements (arms, bust, waist, thighs) but it won't really be noticable, and you'll have to do everything perfectly to even achieve that.

I would just watch what you eat, get any level of exercise, and watch the salt intake at the reception and afterwards so you don't retain water from excess sodium.
 
I'd get on the Body For Life program. I used it a while back... followed it religiously for a few weeks and noticed changes. I was leaner and felt amazing.
