I have not weight trained seriously before but i feel its time as well, im a fat mess
. Its not all that bad but i was looking for a little help on how to get started. I play hockey so im in *decent* shape but im gettin a little chubby.

Now I know this is probably the general consensus but i want to lose fat and gain muscle, so should i start off with low reps/high weights or high reps/low weight or concentrate on lowering my BF% percent before even attempting to bulk up?
