Getting in shape, getting my life back

I am 23 years old and I have struggled with bulimia and anorexic tendencies for 10 years now. I have always had issues with weight and was always the type of person looking for a quick fix. Well after 10 years of fad diets, fasting, bingeing and purging, or diet pills I have decided to take REAL CONTROL over my life.
I no longer have an unhealthy body image, there was a point in time where I thought that 80 pounds was an optimal weight for me...i have done a lot of work on my issues with weight and now know proper height and weight ratios and I certainly don't wish to be a stick thin boney model type!

STATS:
Height: 5'3''
My current weight is 147.
My highest weight ever is 154. (about 1 month ago)
My lowest weight ever was 118 ( 3 years ago now when i was 20)

I recently started a program called Isagenix and I am doing their 30 day program to get a jump start on this whole process and kind of cleanse my body a little bit and aid in some weight loss. I am mainly doing the isagenix because two of your meals throughout the day are shakes so it allows you to focus on making ONE healthy structured meal per day. This is VERY key to me because as a former bulimic it has been years since I have had structured eating and I really had no idea how to put a plate of healthy food together. This program was recommended to me by my personal trainer not as a fad diet but as a way to ease into healthy eating. I am hopeful and remaining positive that this will help me be able to form 3 structured meals a day after I end the 30 days on the program.

I had a personal trainer last year who i started seeing because she teaches Muay Thai kickboxing...something I have always loved watching and had aspiration to get into. I had about 10 personal training sessions with her last year and then gave up and came to be in the worst shape of my life. Just this Wednesday was my first day seeing her again in a year. We do high intensity interval training for an hour, i am going to be seeing her 3 X a week. Today we just did strength training which kicked my butt, i was pouring sweat. There is no resting period just constant movement between strength exercises. Other days we do muay thai training which is kicks and punches during rounds, a very intense program.

My goals for weight loss are to ultimately get back to my lowest weight and maintain around 115-120lbs.

Current: 147 (this was about a week ago now and i should have lost a few lbs by now, im guessing i weigh around 144)
short term goal weight: 140 (which i would live to achieve by march 12th)

thats all for now!
