I'm 23 and been going to the gym for 8months, I'm 5'4" and weigh 167lbs and Ive lost 6lbs
I do 3 hours a week of fairly good dance cardio, weights with my PT twice a week for 30mins and Yoga/pilates twice a week.
I eat fairly well, I eat fruit and veges, lots of protein, whole grains. Probably averages out at around 1800calories.
However, Im not losing weight! Ive even stopped losing body fat!
Does anyone have any suggestions of how to start losing weight again? I don't really want to eat less...
