Getting enough Sleep

Just in case anybody has ever doubted, last week I had a particularly busy week and was averaging about 4 hours of sleep a night. During that time I managed to make all my regular trips to the gym and every motion I was down at least 20% from what I do with enough sleep. I ate a fine diet all week and did everything else but sleep enough and the effects were huge to me.

So make sure to get enough sleep for you, I know the amounts are different for different people so no numbers here but I can't possibly see making any progress with the way I felt in the gym last week.
