Well, I've decided it's time to jump in with my own diet journal. Hello, journal club! 
Simply put, I'm 5'5 and 151 lbs, and I'm trying to get back to the small self I'm used to being. Before having a slew of babies, I was around 105 lbs. After my last babies my weight was more between 115 and 125. I'm not sure where this journey will take me. I'm a little older now and have no clue what my body will allow me to do healthily or how I'll look as I shrink.
So, off we go!
Today (Jan. 11th)... My plan is to eat mostly vegetarian today (fruits, veggies, and beans). I also plan on drinking tons of water and doing a half hour workout. (we need some exercising emoticons!
)
Yesterday I went to McDonald's with my husband. I'm a very bad girl!!
I didn't get on the scale today. Didn't care to see the damage. LOL!
Today will be better.
