Getting Back to the Smaller Me

Well, I've decided it's time to jump in with my own diet journal. Hello, journal club! :waving:

Simply put, I'm 5'5 and 151 lbs, and I'm trying to get back to the small self I'm used to being. Before having a slew of babies, I was around 105 lbs. After my last babies my weight was more between 115 and 125. I'm not sure where this journey will take me. I'm a little older now and have no clue what my body will allow me to do healthily or how I'll look as I shrink. :D

So, off we go! :auto:


Today (Jan. 11th)... My plan is to eat mostly vegetarian today (fruits, veggies, and beans). I also plan on drinking tons of water and doing a half hour workout. (we need some exercising emoticons! :biggrinjester: )

Yesterday I went to McDonald's with my husband. I'm a very bad girl!! :angelsad2: I didn't get on the scale today. Didn't care to see the damage. LOL! :svengo:

Today will be better.
