Hello everyone....Last summer I was at my "happy"
weight....then I slipped up and gained about 18 lbs back!!!! I just started at the gym again and I surprised myself by running 2 miles yesterday and today. Why oh why is it so hard to stay motivated???? Sometimes I get discouraged because the scale doesn't seem to budge. But I know from past experience that it takes TIME!!! So long for now....I will update
