Hey everyone this is my first post. I'm 16 (5'7", 135-140 pounds) and was wondering how to get a six pack that is easily visible. I have absolutely no idead where to start. What do I do, eat? I gigured I would just do a bunch of sut-ups every day. I'm actually pretty skinny so I figured that it would'nt be that hard to get one and I've always wanted one. How long would it take to get one?
