Get in shape by Summer...

Hey I'm new.

Starting tomorrow I'll be regularly exercising and eating right.

I've spent the past few months eating junk, not working out, and leading a generally unhealthy life style.


Things are about to change. Hells yeh.
 
Oh and I'm 5'8 and havent weighed myself since i started losing control of my healthy lifestyle.

My clothes are all getting way tight so i'm imagining that i'm about 189lbs.
 
Day 1:


Cup of coffee. check.
Pre-breakfast morning run. check.

Apple cider vinegar. check.


Gotta shower, get ready for work, then pack some food for the day & munch breakfast.
