get better defined

Hi, I'm almost 16 years old and I'm in pritty good shape. As a young kid I was always chubby. About five years ago I started martial arts and playing alot of team sports (soccer, volleyball and football) I've been weight training for about a years now. So I've slimed down alot.

I'm actualy in very good shape. In a recent fitness testing, I finish at the top of my class. I have big arms but there not well definded, (not well cut) theres a layer of fat still there. My question is should I be doing more fat burning excercises (jogging, walking, ect.) or is it more connected to diet. Also, I have a very strong stomach. I do upwards of 200+situps and 200 V crunchs 3 times a week and I can take puches for hours (martial arts training), But inspite of all of this i do not have a well defined stomach (6pack). well i'd like to hear your suggestions and comments. thank for taking the time to read this.

somehow with all that exercise, you have a way better six pack than u think you have. same goes for ur arms. whats ur diet like?

in my opinion, keep doing what ur doing. if u start caring about ur appearance instead of strength, health, etc, ur sports performance may go down. a lot of my friends strengthen went down significantly when they started doing "cuting"

my diet, i dont realy watch my diet, i basically eat 4-5 light meals a day one usually being a salad, a bowl of cereal, and i do live in a asian household so i usually eat a meal of rice + somthing(ya rice, should i cut back?) and maby like a sandwich or bagal for the last meal. This tipically what i eat on weekdays, on the weekend i eat at alot of restaurants because i'm not usually home.

As regard to junk food i eat w/e i'm craving, (ya i should cut back a liltle).

400 reps for 1 muscle is a waste...try obtaining some weights, either from a gym or just buy one, and do some situps with that...10-15 reps, once a week. Itll work a lot better

Ethan01 - I'm not trying to find ways to work out my abs more, i already know that i have a good stomach, its the the fat that i want to get rid of.

Wolverine - i see where your comming from regarding apperance vs. strength, health ect., what i'm trying to do is a combination of both

I heard it burns 300% more fat than if you did it later in the day...the catch is that you're going to burn more muscle doing it in the morning, so you have to replenish that when you finish your run. If you dont care about losing a tiny bit of muscle in 8 weeks then go ahead and run in the morning.
