sum quick questions.
for the sets, are we supposed to do keep doing the same superset til its time to move onto the next one.
for example, do 5 supersets of the bench / fly then go do 5 supersets of inclined bench / inclined fly?
also, im not really big on leg workouts. Is it ok to skip the leg session? what i was planning on doing instead is run and bike and do abs on that day.
also, for your information, i did the first part today, the chest / back. its hard, and it was a lot of fun. make sure u drop ur lifting weight! its that hard
