german volume training

sum quick questions.

for the sets, are we supposed to do keep doing the same superset til its time to move onto the next one.

for example, do 5 supersets of the bench / fly then go do 5 supersets of inclined bench / inclined fly?

also, im not really big on leg workouts. Is it ok to skip the leg session? what i was planning on doing instead is run and bike and do abs on that day.

also, for your information, i did the first part today, the chest / back. its hard, and it was a lot of fun. make sure u drop ur lifting weight! its that hard
 
Wolverine... Im doing that training too.... Now you do all the flat and then move on to the incline superset... and your right its hard stuff. If anything after the 8 weeks let me know of your gains? Thanks...
 
aight thanks OO and DM. Btw, I might have done sumthing wrong with the GVT. When doing the flat and inclined sections, I only did 4 supersets instead of 5. I was pretty tired, felt good from da workout, and im sore today. However, for my back, i was able to do all 5 supersets. Is it OK that I "cheated" in the chest section? And is it OK to skip legs and just run / bike? Im gonna do abs today right now.

fyi im routing for the stones as well. cant wait to see them destroy the lakers.
 
You'll be alright dropping a set this time.

I would strongly recommend NOT skipping legs at all.


Being from NY I hope you'd be pullin for the Eastern Conf. Knicks have a great future now that Zeke is running the show with the business side of your team. (I assume you're a Knicks fan and not a Nets fan)
 
quick question to Mr. Omited One

How long have you been doing GVT? What have your gains been?

Honestly, I think the GVT (or OVT as that guy calls it) is just going to make us cut (which was why this appealed to me). What I have also noticed about this GVT / OVT, my form has improved a great deal. Probably because now I pay attention to tempo. It helps a lot.
 
Wolverine, I havent been on it long enough but this training is for mass gains. Now someone just eating enough calories will probably just get cut... no doubt. I get out of there sweating and pumped like crazy. Love the feeling.. I will let you know after my first 4 weeks....half way there.
 
the german volume training website isnt working. I memorized the chest workout, but I cant remember exactly the leg bicep tricep and shoulder exercises. help!
