Alright, I've been doing this since about 3 weeks prior to Christmas. I've lost about 10.5 lbs, more than 1% of total body fat and an inch or two around certain areas of my body. I feel great lately. I'm going to start this diary to help keep me on track.
Monday 01-19-2009 - Woke up at 5 am, and went to the gym. Stretched for 10 minutes and did a 5 minute warmup on the elliptical. I did chest and tricep exercises (7 exercises for chest and 4 for tricep). Then I took a shower and went to work. I feel great still. I ate Kashi oatmeal (maple brown), an apple and a protein shake (roughly 423.33 calories, 280 mg sodium, 4.5g of total fat, 60g of carbs with 42g of sugar and 10g of fiber. Also, I consumed 32g of protein). Also took a Centrum multivitamin with a Triple Omega flax/fish and borage oil pill.
I will have a banana for a snack soon roughly 105 calories, 1 mg of sodium, 27g of carbs with 3g of protein and 14g of sugar.
