how many times a week would i be working out on that part of the leg?

i would suppose the same as my regular workouts right?]

my goal is to get muscular there so how many times and reps should i be doing and how much weight...... as of right now i can do 300 but ive never really worked there before so should i take it easy and go down 100pnds or
what?

The muscle you are talking about is the Gastocnemius. Work it like any other muscle. Match it to how your routine is already structured.
