Gains in some lifts, no gains in others?

I feel ya. I think I will wipe out some of the lifts, and put in some that I haven't done it awhile. Also, I'll maybe change up the sets/reps...

Thanks to all of ya for your advise. I ended up keeping the same set/rep scheme, but just throwing in some new exercises for the ones I was stalling at. Now, the new lifts are taking off, and the lifts I didn't change (flat bench) is also taking some jumps. It's exciting...and legs are still gaining almost every single workout...

Focus on lifting fast, accelerating the weight faster. 4x6 may work better for your lower body because the muscles are bigger and respond better to higher volume. All muscles in the body don't respond the same way. So try lower reps, faster acceleration, or both.

Anyway, good job on your progress.

Don't fear the singles and triples :)

One question on your flat bench. Measure your grip (thumb to thumb) on the bar. I am 5' 10" and use a grip 2' 6" between my hands. Too narrow of a grip and you are using mostly your weaker triceps, too wide and you loose leverage. It could be that you just need to play with your grip position to see a significant improvement. Once you find that spot that you perform best at mark your hand position with tape or marker and you can hit it every time.
