Gaining weight

I noticed that too. When you blow it up, it doesn't look like its his, and the skin tone on his face looks whiter than the rest of his body.Either way, why would you wanna look like this guy? Just eat at Mcdonalds everyday, you can get a body like his

Has to be a troll. Who on earth would want to look like that? I could see if that was a 'before' picture, but never someone's goal. Good grief.

Here's a workout plan to meet that goal. Sit down in front of the TV with a 50 lb tub of Crisco and start eating.

I think I might know the best way for you to gain fat in the shortest amount of time. Eat fast food 3 times a day....Drink a lot of wine....Sleep 3 hours a night...(in the spare time, you can read an english book).

is putting on fat part of the bulking process

To return somewhat to the question posed in this thread- Correct me if i'm wrong but I thought the aim of "bulking" was consume enough food so that the body has the raw materials to produce new muscle gain. Is developing bodyfat a step in this process? Or is the additional food converted directly into muscle under ideal circumstances?

I have to admit, it really annoys me and rubs me the wrong way when people do not make efforts to spell correctly.

When people like Chubs write like that, it gives you the impression they are bumbs that come from the ghetto, and could care less about what society thinks of them.
