After my injury i had to quit jujitsu (will hopefuly get back eventually though), something that has helped my weight gain quite alot. Actually, it was kind of a good thing, since now im able to really bulk without absolutley stuffing myself with food. Ive even kept a weight logg

Friday 12.1 2007 85.8 kilo.
Monday 15.1 2007 86.2 Kilo.
Sunday 21.1 2007 87.4 Kilo.
All the mondays are one week apart. we norwegians use day/month/year, so the date is first, month is second.
I think im gaining weight a bit fast though. it seems to be around 1kg a week, which is about 2lbs.
