to gain bodyweight, first determine how many calories you are currently eating. then add about 300 to this, eat this amount for seven days and see what happens. if you gain, good. if you dont gain, add 300 more. eat this amount for seven days and so on and so forth.
there's more to it than just adding a "gainer" type supplement if you're not getting enough total calories in your meal plan
Muscle milk has like 40 grams of protien, which is about the most your body can take in in an hour. so drinking 70 grams of protien doesnt make a difference...I dont think.
