gaining weight

hey im 6'1 about 140 im loooking to get the altlethic body build the basketball body wat can i take to gain weight while working out?
 
but dont eat crap. eat 6 good meals, tuna, chicken, steak, eggs, not like a bowl of lucky charms, then a chocalte shake.
 
to gain bodyweight, first determine how many calories you are currently eating. then add about 300 to this, eat this amount for seven days and see what happens. if you gain, good. if you dont gain, add 300 more. eat this amount for seven days and so on and so forth.

there's more to it than just adding a "gainer" type supplement if you're not getting enough total calories in your meal plan :)
 
Muscle milk has like 40 grams of protien, which is about the most your body can take in in an hour. so drinking 70 grams of protien doesnt make a difference...I dont think.
 
dont be too concerned with how much your body can absorb in one sitting. its all a myth.

but of course, roughly 20-40 grams per meal is more than enough. a mentality of "if 20-40 is good, 40-80 must be better" is of course inaccurate. :)
