gaining muscle mass

Currently I am at 163lbs. I'm actually up from 155 after a month of strict dieting and alot of protein intake. I am trying to gain weight along with building muscle. I am beginning to see results in my muscle size. The only supplement I'm taking is isopure whey isolate. What is an additional supplement that I can take along with the isopure that will help develop my muscles and give me a more "cut" look? Is creatine the way to go? thanks for the input.

the "cut" look is more a matter of genetics and bodyfat %. creatine with good training, nutrition and plenty of rest can help add mass.

Well you are currently in a bulking phase and creatine will certainly help you. If you have a friend with a lot of creatine, Id recommend you trying it out for a week and noting your progress to see if you would benifit from it. Also, when you go into your cutting phase I'd recommend you doing it without creatine for 2 weeks, then using it to see if it helps there too.

creatine

With creatine, you don't need much. Your muscles can only hold a very small amount and you can actually get them from greens. Like salads and junk. Yea, it should help in performance a lil.

yes,i agree with you
