I was running a lot up until December '12. Then I hurt my back, broke my toe, and now have recently learned I have a hernia! Needless to say, in the last 2-3 months I've put on some fat that I so diligently took off between last summer and my injuries. I'm going to see some doctors to determine what they will do about the hernia, and learn how much I can exercise while it's there.
