Whats a good begginer full body workout for some one who wants to concentrate on losing fat? I dont know anything about losing fat really because i have been bulking myself the whole time. This fella wants to start coming to the gym and i wanna help him out but i dont know crap about weight loss yet. i know you should calculate your needed calorie intake and then take away like 20% of it. I am pretty sure that the two other main things are fullbody weight training like 3 times a week and cardio...i am not sure about the cardio tho ither
