Fullbody workout

Whats a good begginer full body workout for some one who wants to concentrate on losing fat? I dont know anything about losing fat really because i have been bulking myself the whole time. This fella wants to start coming to the gym and i wanna help him out but i dont know crap about weight loss yet. i know you should calculate your needed calorie intake and then take away like 20% of it. I am pretty sure that the two other main things are fullbody weight training like 3 times a week and cardio...i am not sure about the cardio tho ither

Just give him a simple but effective FBW. There is no set FBW for "bulking" or "cutting"
Though higher volume workouts are more effective to burn calories..so you might want to kep that in mind.

Squat
deadlift
bench
bent over row
shoulder/military press

and add anything else you want.
 
Great :) thats a good basis, i was thinking compound movements myself but wasent sure. hes coming to the gym for the first time so i wanted something to start him of on.
