Full Crunch or Sit Up for a Broad or Negro/Islander Female Body - SAVE MY BUTT?

SORRY 4 LENGTH - MY FIRST POST, not a blogger. I am part islander and I can't remember when I was able to do a full crunch/sit up without jerking to pull myself up. I am not "FAT" but I've put on weight lately. I don't think I could do it in Olympic condition. (Also a chin up is hard because of my female bulk - I also couldn't do that with 2% fat and lots of muscle.) I am watching the white girls do this full sit up with legs flat on the ground, with ease, on "Exercise TV" but there isn't much chest + butt/width/bulk etc to lift for them! Does any non-white female or guy understand me? Tips? :love1:
