Full Body Workout - How many exercises?

Hi there:)

I'm putting together a full body strength training programme which I will do 3 times a week.

I need some advice on how many exercises should I be doing for each body part? :D

Usually i do one excercise per session and do a set/rep volume of 24-36 for strength and hypertophy. If your not interested in hypertrophy at all you could reduce that to 9-15.

I have been using this piece of equipment for about two years now, and it has definitely helped me to strengthen and tone. check out the website if you get a minute and you can see the exercises that you can do with them, it definitely is a total body workout!
