Hi Everyone! Just joined and wanted to let you know a little about me......I'm a 44 yr old female...married 24 yrs...son 22, daughter 20! Have always been thin until I quit smoking 3 1/2 years ago. Also I am pre-menopausal. Not overweight but uncomfortable in my skin. I am 5"2 and now weigh 133 lbs. I am not a big eater...sometimes find it hard to get enough food in. I've just started working out on treadmill...20-30 min in the morning and again before dinner..lost 2.5 lbs the first week and have stayed the same for 2 weeks now. Is it just muscle gain or do I need to eat more/less. How long should someone try before getting frustrated?? I want to get to 120 lbs by May!
