Huh? are you Full Frutarian?

If you are, then you really shouldn't. while It Sounds healthy, it really is not in the long run.
Fruits do not contain all the nutrients that we as human beings need to sustain life, At least not for very long that is.
They have very little B vitamins and many minerals including calcium, iron, magnesium and many more are seldom found in fruits. They have extremely low levels of fat nor all the correct types. Their protein content is almost non existent.

A fruitarian diet is not a choice for long term health.

lol do you think he really cares what you say if he's going to do something like that?

True, though i guess i made the post more for people who might look at that and go "ohh wow I want to be a fruitarian. Thats got to be super healthy!"

To those who might think like that^, Do not do it.

No I really couldn't care less seeing as though I've been doing this for 12 -13 years and I'm in the best shape ever....:D

I'm just having fun living how I deserve to live...with great health and vitality!

You can do whatever you like...it's your choice!;)

doesnt the human body need animal protein or something like that? to survive.. anyways, fruits are mostly carbs, good carbs, lots of fructoses, but its still mostly carbs.

In cuisine, when discussing fruit as food, the term usually refers to those plant fruits that are sweet and fleshy, examples of which include plums, apples and oranges. However, a great many common vegetables, as well as nuts and grains, are the fruit of the plant species they come from.[2] No single terminology really fits the enormous variety that is found among plant fruits.[3]

apparently fruit also includes nuts, some vegetables, etc.
Also see this page on his forum:

"What is the Fruitarian Raw Food Diet?

A typical Fruitarian eats and drinks:

Sweet Fruits: Oranges, bananas, apples, melons, grapes, papayas, berries, figs, dates, mangoes, etc.
Non Sweet Fruits: cucumbers, avocados, bell peppers, tomatoes, etc.
Vegetables: lettuces and other greens, celery, etc.
Nuts and Seeds: Sunflower and squash seeds, almonds, walnuts, soft coconut meat, etc.
Also: coconut water, juices, water, and other raw and living foods."

So basically a "raw" vegan-like diet.
I don't think he was trying to recruit/encourage more people to try this diet though, I think he was just showing was he has achieved through this lifestyle choice.

i dont believe that silent.

Fruit is so absent in so many minerals and even some vitamins. Being on a completely Fruit diet, That is without any type of Veggies in the very least. Would soon make the body deficient in many different "essential" nutrients.

a PURE fruitarian does not eat veggies though most will eat the "select" seeds of the fruits to help get their "fats". It really just depends on how "strict" one is. Though if one was a fruitarian and ate veggies they would no longer be a fruitarian but a vegetarian who eats fruits(which would be perfectly fine).

It's possible to survive on a fruitarian diet, but it's very hard to make the kinds of gains that this guy is making. In fact, I'm kind of skeptical about your claims, but I'll take your word for it.

It's possible to be a vegetarian and be in a weight lifting sport, in fact there are many vegetarian powerlifters and competitive weight lifters. It's even possible to be vegan and do this. But a fruitarian, I really don't think it's possible. I don't know why someone would want to be a fruitarian and do this.

How do you maintain your body weight? I'm a lactose vegetarian who tried eating only fruit for three days. On the second day I got diareaha and had to go back to my normal food. My brother had better luck in one week he lost about 4lbs. So I figure this is only for losing weight.
