I'm starting this diary because I want to be accountable for all of the things I eat and my weight. I just joined this site because we were watching the buckeyes game against michigan(woohoo go buckeyes we won!) and i had one too many wings if you know what I mean. I don't want to end up even bigger than I am now and the only way I can lose weight is if I am accountable for it by someone other than myself so i will need everyone's help with losing the weight. If there's any advice anyone can give me then I would greatly appreciate it!
