From 278 to 222 .... goal is 178 (100lbs)

Hi everyone

First post here but long time site visitor for motivation. I started my diet on december 1st 2010 at 278 pounds and this is my progress after 4 1/2 months at 222 pounds I have lost near 60 lbs by going to the gym 4 times a week with strict diet on week days. Complete cheat days on week end.

My goal is 178 so I can say I have lost 100 pounds :)

I do a 30 minutes run every night along with 15 minutes of eleptical. My diet consist of 3 , very small, meals. Nothing special really, Water is also one of my best friend. No more coca-cola :)
 
Impressive!!! It's cool to see how you fit comfortably now into the same outfit you wore quite snuggly in first pic. Keep it up, you're such an inspiration!!!
