Hi guys, I'm new to the forum! I just came across it today. I figured I would post some pics and tell you a little bit about my weightloss. I entered college in August 2004 at 243 pounds (I'm about 6'). By December of 2004, I was up to 260 pounds and realized I needed to do something about my weight. The pic below was somewhere between 243 and 260, I'm not sure exactly what.
After that, I literally quit drinking anything but water ( I was not much of a soda drinker, but I was addicted to Snapple and other sugary drinks). I also started playing squash (kind of like racquetball) at school with a friend a few times a week, and together I got down to about 215 pounds. I never really set a goal weight in mind, and it wasn't a 'conscious' effort of losing weight, so it was nice to just look back at pictures at how heavy I was but not remembering how difficult it was to get to my current weight. At 215 pounds, I knew I had to lose more weight, but I was at a weight content enough to just maintain. I've been maintaining my weight since late 2006, so I'm now ready to begin my next journey to my goal weight of 175-180. Below is a recent picture of me at 215 pounds:
