I first just starting eating healthier foods to lose weight. The most important thing i did to help my weight loss was keeping track of what i eat. I used an app on my Iphone to do this which accelerated my weight loss. At first it was all diet, and once I got to about 220 i started incorporating cardio, and i kept increasing distance as i built stamina. Im 5'6" and the best thing I would do is know what you eat and keep track of it, and the pounds will melt away which will then keep you motivated to continue. Thank you!
