Feeling great... Before and after pics of my weight loss

Dont mind my enthusiasm, i hate getting my picture taken. First pictures were taken when i was about 200 pounds. I started eating a very strict diet and doing 20 to 60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week from the end of january up to the present. I am 168 now and the last pictures i took i was down to 173. I dont think i will lose any more weight but i would like to gain more muscle. A very strict diet and excercise worked great.

Do you know what your body fat percentage was then and what it is now?

Not sure what my exact body fat was, I would guess is was probably between 30-35%. And now I am at about 13.8%. I got to start hittin cardio hard again, any fat I got now is pretty much around my stomach.
 
Well, now you have to set a new goal for yourself. You have make a choice between bulking (gaining muscle along with some inevitable fat) or cutting (losing fat while maintaining all the muscle possible)

You have to pick either or and stick to your guns with it. I would suggest you get into single digits before you bulk, but that's up to you really. I've heard, read and believe that the leaner you are when you start bulking, the more muscle and less fat you put on.

Just trying to help. Congrats again and make sure to keep monitoring your body fat, it is more important than your weight actually!
